利用ARMA模型分析河北省城乡居民信息消费差距。研究结果表明,城乡居民信息消费倾向差距有先增后减的趋势;信息消费系数持续稳定增加,但差距依然存在;信息消费差距逐渐增大,2015年有缩小的趋势。因此应该更加关注农村居民信息消费,进一步提高农村居民收入、加强农村信息基础设施建设、提高农村居民文化水平和消费意识。  相似文献

随着我国经济的增长,收入不均呈扩大化趋势。收入不均自然导致贫富分化,这势必会成为社会的不安定因素。如何调节居民收入分配,缩小居民收入差距,成为亟待解决的问题。通过论述我国收入差距的现状,分析了差距形成的市场化因素、非市场化因素、经济增长结构因素、初次分配和再分配因素等原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策,以期对这一问题的解决起到一定的作用。  相似文献

以康熙朝李来章(1654-1721年)在广东连山县知县任内(1703-1709年在任)所积极推行圣谕宣讲制度的一系列所作所为为例,从区域社会史的角度探讨了康熙朝圣谕宣讲制度在地方的具体历史实践过程,弥补了学术界对圣谕宣讲制度的地方化实践研究的不足。李来章深入连山县猺排"亲身宣讲""圣谕十六条",并以之为治理连山县的准则而"躬身实践"的举动,说明至少在康熙朝圣谕宣讲并没有沦为一纸具文,而是得到了一些地方官的有力推行,并在教化当地民众方面取得了很好的效果。  相似文献

查士丁尼时代的拜占庭社会可以划分为三个阶层:以皇帝、高级教士、官僚贵族、富商等为代表的社会上层,以低级教士、中下级城市官员、士兵、普通工商业者等为代表的社会中层,和以隶农、自由农、自由佃农、奴隶以及城市中知识分子、卖艺人、妓女、无产者等为代表的社会下层。针对日益扩大的贫富差距,国家在政治、经济、法律、宗教等方面做出制度调适,取得了些许成果,也暴露出一些弊病,故在分析这一问题时应尽可能做到客观、公正。  相似文献

The paper seeks to understand the trajectories of students who defer entry to university. The study was conducted in Lithuania, a former Soviet Union republic. The phenomenon of a ‘gap year’ is usually associated with young people, who decide not to enter higher education schools immediately after receiving secondary education, instead they choose to spend a year volunteering, working or engaging in other activities. This article analyses the choice of taking a gap year from the perspective of rational choice theory, complemented by human development theory, which was developed by R. Inglehart and his colleagues. The latter theory allows discovering relation between the spreading of the gap year phenomenon in developed European countries and the emergence as well as development of post-materialist values from the macro-level perspective. The theoretical analysis is based on semi-structured interview data collected in Lithuania.  相似文献

The domain of environmental protection is comprised from many sub-domains as recycling, conserving water, or reducing the consumption of energy. The attitude–behavior gap is partly explained by the gap between the specificity levels of the particular measured behavior and of its antecedent(s). The present study aimed at assessing the effects of general vs. domain-specific behavior’s proximal antecedents included in the theory of planned behavior (TPB) model (intentions, attitudes towards the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control) on performance of specific environmental behaviors (EBs) in five environmental sub-domains. We found that in all of the environmental domains examined, a specifically worded TPB model predicted specific behaviors better than a generally worded TPB model did. However, the magnitude of the improvement varied among behavioral domains and the improvement did not arise from the same TPB elements in every domain. The implications for environmental education and for EB research are discussed.  相似文献

We analyse the role of creative workers in the region as a source and foundational element of regional innovation in the European Union. We show the empirical relevance of this factor – which we label inspiration – within the structure of a recursive model of regional innovation for a set of 83 European regions. We show that, when differentiated from the presence of regional intelligence – as measured by the availability of human capital – and from technological infrastructure, inspiration, along with the degree of development of national and regional institutions, has the strongest direct and indirect effects on regional patenting activity.  相似文献

This study explores the impact of governmental support policies on the innovation of SMEs in the regional strategic industries in South Korea. We use the technological development assistance funds as a proxy for governmental support policies for SMEs in the regional industries in Korea. The innovation of SMEs is measured by technological innovation: patent, utility model, trademark, and new design registrations. Before empirically testing the impact of governmental support policies on the innovation of SMEs, this study reviews the literature concerning the innovation and the governmental support policies of SMEs in regional industries. Results from empirical models, which simultaneously control for factors which were thought to affect the innovation of regional SMEs, indicate that a positive relationship exists among the technological development assistance by the Korean government and patent acquisitions and new design registrations of regional SMEs. Networks with universities also have a positive relationship with patent acquisitions and new design registrations of regional SMEs. This study suggests there is an importance to governmental financial aids for regional SME innovations, and there is an importance to the need to build a strong social relationship in today's networked economy.  相似文献
